Sleep...

Tonight I am staying in Bismarck while Wes handles the girls at home. That equals a full night sleep for me!!!! Tonight I ate at the Olive Garden in peace complete with a glass of wine and dessert. Life was luxurious today even though it started at 4am.

The presentation today went great. It is always a great feeling after a presentation is well received.

The bull bred cows are just starting to drop their calves. One was born this morning in a snowbank. Unfortunately, the calf got chilled. Wes put her in the warming box, but when he went back to check on her later she didn't make it. Sure sounds like we've been losing a lot of calves doesn't it. I'll have to get a head count from the rancherman and let you know the tally.
