In Wisconsin...

We escaped the flood and blizzard warnings in ND and are enjoying some time in Wisconsin with my family. All is well and the trip was uneventful.

Tessa, ever the cautious one, wasn't sure about all the new faces checking her out when we first arrived. She clung to mom for 10 minutes before she warmed up and then you couldn't get her to stop smiling. The twins got to see all of their cousins last night when everyone gathered here at the farm. Everyone had a good time catching up and snuggling with little nieces and nephews.

Briggs turned one last month and I just can't believe how big he is already. He walks with the help of things, but still finds crawling to be faster. And that hair! Blonde with curl. Match that up with some of the biggest, bluest eyes and he is a heartbreaker.

Yesterday was Olivia's 9th birthday. Happy Birthday Sunshine!

More updates to come including some pictures. Dad made me promise to post pictures of his girls while we are gone. I know it is going to be a LONG week for him in a very lonely house.

We love you sweetie and thank you so much for letting us make the trip to see my family.
