Wasn't "NOT" a popular phrase to use back in the 90's? Wes and I got to the hospital yesterday to pick up the girls and it felt like the whole staff was yelling "NOT" at us. The bottom line is that the girls did NOT get to come home with us last night.
When we were changing them into outfits for pictures and to come home in we found blood in their stools again. We have a lot of questions to be answered and hopefully we can find some concrete answers. As of right now, they are off of breastmilk and back on Neocate (a simple formula of amino acids). We have been told the girls will not have to be off of all food this time. I pray that doesn't change.
Please keep the girls in your prayers as we try to find the problem and get a fix. I will do my best to keep you updated on the process. What a rollercoaster ride it has been so far.
