Fingerprinted...

Today the nurses made hand and foot prints of the girls for me to take home.

Tessa showing off her black feet. She managed to rub her chin during the process and it looked like she had a little goatee. Wes was rubbing her face with his last night and I guess she must have thought it was a good look to imitate.

This is one of our favortie nurses, Karen, with Tessa. Tessa didn't mind the printing until Karen tried to wash off the ink.

Audrey got into the action too. She has narrow little heels just like her father.

This is another of our favorite nurses, Bonnie. Audrey didn't enjoy any of the shinanigans going on today and she screamed through the entire ordeal.

We have been able to work with such good nurses in the NICU and the primary nurses for Audrey and Tess have been wonderful. We know they are in such good hands when we leave.

After the move into open cribs the girls were set back a bit. They have to work on maintaining their own temperature, therefore, they didn't really have the energy for nursing or bottling today. The neonatalogist said this is fairly common the first day in open cribs. We will see what tomorrow brings.
