The pacifiers that I have for the girls do not have a hard plastic cap on them. Therefore, you can "see" into their mouths while they suck on them. Audrey has taken to sticking her thumb into her paci and then sucking on it. It kind of acts like a finger glove. Perhaps she doesn't like her thumb to end up like a prune after sucking on it. Maybe she doesn't like the taste of her finger. I don't know, but apparently she does like the feel of sucking on her thumb.
Now, Tessa??? What can I say? She prefers the taste of toe jam to a paci.
And here is Tessa working on sitting up. We aren't there yet, but we work on it every day.
