Audrey has a chiropractic appointment this afternoon. You may recall me telling you about her torticollis (trouble turning her head to the left). She is doing much better with that, but her preference remains to look right. That means her head shape was affected. I wasn't concerned about that until it started affecting her forehead and cheek positions. We had her see a specialist in Bismarck a few weeks back and this is what her head looked like.

Her measurements showed her to be in the moderate to severe catagory. We've been working on repositioning and ALOT of tummy time to try and get her head shape back to normal. Her follow-up appointment is on Feb 17. We will see how much of a change took place.
And that leads me to the chiropractor. Perhaps that will also help her in case something is still out of place. I'll be sure to keep you updated.
So, what happens if her head shape hasn't changed enough by the 17th? Well, we will have to make the decision on putting her in a helmet at that time. Hopefully, it won't come to that. They have to wear those helmets 23.5 hours a day.
