2 weeks...6 month check up...

Oh my! I didn't realize it had been so long already since I've last updated the blog. It has been crazy busy recently.

Here are three belated shout outs:

Happy birthday Dad!
Happy 1st birthday to Briggs! Hard to believe it has been a year already. He changes so much every time I see him and I can't wait to see what he is up to in March. Happy birthday to his daddy, too.
Happy birthday to Matt! 34 big ones.

Work has kept me busy with presentations and meetings. Since I don't get into the office very often it has been nice to get out and do some producer meetings.

This past weekend we made a roadtrip to Denver to see Wes' sisters, Kylee and Wendi, and their families. The girls are still good travelers and sleep most of the time. We traveled on Thurs, spent two days just hanging out and then headed back on Sunday. It was really nice to just sit down and visit for a couple of days. Next time we visit we hope to do a bit more once the girls are a little older.

Speaking of the girls. They were in for their well-baby check-up yesterday. Three months ago Audrey was a couple of ounces heavier. Here are the stats now:
Audrey: 15 pounds 1 oz and 25 inches long
Tessa: 16 pounds 1 oz and 26.5 inches long

Tessa is exactly one pound heavier than Audrey. In the last month Audrey has stretched out and thinned out. She has lost her little belly even though she eats like a champ. Obviously, she got her daddy's metabolism. Wes still thinks she is going to be the tall, skinny one of the two.
