Yesterday marked by 500th blog post!
Life has surely changed since I started this back while pregnant with the twins. Thanks for coming along for the ride these past years and here's to the next 500 posts!
This was a fun little project for the girls. They got a huge kick out of playing with their food and they were SO excited to show daddy when he unexpectedly stopped in the house while they were painting.
They each got a piece of bread and paintbrush.
Then I made up 3 little bowls of milk with some food coloring mixed in.
And away they went! It had to be toasted for a while and there were a few soggy spots, but the girls still ate it with lunch.
Daddy's first comment when he saw them painting bread was, "are you sure that is edible?" I still haven't told him it was just milk!

Cute idea! I always forget to take pics when Henry is doing a project. Maybe next time.
Good idea. My picky son probably would not eat it. But would like doing this.
