Do me a favor...

This evening AA did not want to go to sleep. Usually, once she lays down she snuggles in and is out.

AA: Mommy, do me a favor?
Me: (Laughing way too hard to even respond)
AA: Mommy, favor?
Me: (Still laughing) What favor honey?
AA: Ummm...
Me: What favor do you need?
AA: Umm...ahhh...

I guess I ask them for favors a lot, but AA has no idea what it means.

A little later:

Me: Just lay down and close your eyes.
AA: I rest.
Me: Yes, close your eyes and rest.
AA: I did. I rested. I done.
