We are settled back at home after a safe trip to WI. We managed to avoid the worst of the weather during our drive. We enjoyed the time spent with family and it was great to see many of the cousins we haven't seen in a while.
On Saturday there was a memorial service in honor of my grandfather that passed away 20 years ago. Then we all gathered for our traditional family Christmas meal at Memories Ballroom. There were only 3 cousins out of 27 (or is it 28?) that didn't make it. Dinner was served to over 80 people.
I promise to post pictures in the next day or so. I am still trying to get caught up on the laundry (and sleep) from the weekend.
