The twins were able to color Easter eggs while Lil was confined to her highchair to avoid a major mess. And surprisingly there was really no mess.
See the twins' shirts? We throw them over whatever they are wearing for coloring with markers, painting and situations like this. And they make me sad.
Why do these particular shirts make me sad?
They used to be my workout shirts. I had a whole collection from Target for all the seasons and holidays. I see them and think, "I used to run everyday in those. I used to FIT in those." Yes, I stopped running in them when I move to ND 10 years ago and I've had 3 kids since then, but still, I wish I fit in them instead of my 2 year olds.
We did crazy hairstyles, too. Lots of ponytails for the twins and a gelled up mohawk for Lil. Here the twins are trying to get Lil's hair to stand back up after she squashed it.
