Wes has discovered that they love the warmth of the sun just like our dog, Dodge. Put them in the sun and they drift off into dreamland. So, Wes just continues to move them as the sunlight moves. Off course he is very careful to keep their eyes out of the sun. I mean, really, it's not like he wants them to go blind or anything.
Now, check out these rolls Audrey is growing!
Audrey has heard that 2 is better than 1. I heard her mumbling the other day, "Ahh, what the heck. If 2 is better than 1 then 3 must be great. I think I'll try working on a 3rd chin."
RSV season is here. The girls missed qualifying for the vaccine by one risk factor. If one of us were a smoker then they would have qualified! Doesn't that just suck. So, we are limiting their exposure as much as possible this winter. RSV is just too risky for a preemie. Wes has started going to church on Saturday nights while I go on Sunday. That also allows me to do grocery/Walmart shopping after church without taking the girls out. We will also be pretty strict about the girls being around anyone who has been sick recently. RSV is airborne and is easily carried on clothing. I've already stocked up on hand sanitizer and Wes is learning quickly to use it often. We would just like to make it through this first winter without a major sickness putting one of them in the hospital. Call me paranoid if you must. I call it being a mom.
