Farm dangers...

There are a lot of dangers around the farm. Sometimes you get in the habit of doing things right and eventually that one time when an accident occurs it reminds you why you do what you do.

I was escorting the tractor and drill again today when suddenly FIL stops and calls me.

"I've got a problem. Good thing I had the safety chains on." WHAT? And then he hung up leaving me hanging.
Turns out he lost the drawbar on the tractor.

I was suppose to be on my way into town for groceries. On the bright side I'm thankful the girls are all asleep even though the AC doesn't work.
